Lead Capital Partners Completes Sale of ApolloLIMS

Nashville, Tenn., May 10, 2022 – Lead Capital Partners (“LCP”), a Nashville-based private equity firm focused on lower middle market buyouts of healthcare companies, announced today that it has sold Common Cents Systems, Inc. (dba “ApolloLIMS”), (“Apollo”) to CliniSys Group (“CliniSys”), a subsidiary of Roper Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: ROP), (“Roper”).  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1994 as a technology consulting company, ApolloLIMS today provides enterprise-level LIMS software, offering a comprehensive, configurable platform to streamline lab operations.  ApolloLIMS serves a wide range of laboratory end markets including toxicology, molecular, public health, and full-service reference labs utilized by providers.  The company is headquartered in Nashville, TN.
