Ms. Rompf joined Lead Capital Partners in 2026, where she focuses on new investment origination and deal sourcing. Prior to LCP, she worked in business development at OneOncology and in healthcare transaction advisory at Ernst & Young. Ms. Rompf received a Bachelor of Arts from Furman University and a Master of Accountancy from Vanderbilt University.
