Nashville, Tenn., October 1, 2024 – Lead Capital Partners (“LCP”), a Nashville-based private equity firm focused on lower middle market buyouts of healthcare companies, is pleased to welcome Brenna Thomson as Vice President of Business Development, where she will lead deal origination, deepen intermediary relationships, and oversee firm marketing.

Prior to joining LCP, Brenna worked at Caloah Private Equity in Vancouver, supporting portfolio management as well as transaction due diligence and execution. She previously held roles in Corporate Finance at KPMG and in Valuations at Deloitte. Earlier in her career, she worked in Regulatory Strategy at Barclays in London and in capital markets strategy at Origin Markets, a fintech startup. Brenna holds an MSc in Finance & Banking from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass) and a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies from Western University.
