Lead Capital Partners Makes Platform Investment in Viva Day Spa + Med Spa

Nashville, TN and Austin, TX – Lead Capital Partners, LLC (“LCP”), a healthcare-focused private equity firm investing in the lower middle market, announced that it has made a platform investment in Viva Day Spa, LLC (“Viva” or the “Company”) in partnership with the Company’s founders and management team. The transaction marks the first platform investment out of LCP’s current capital raise.
Founded in 2005, Viva Day Spa + Med Spa has three spas in Austin and a new, fourth location in Round Rock, Texas. Viva offers a full range of award-winning treatments including massages, facials and spa packages. In addition, Viva’s curated menu of medical spa services features Botox, filler, microneedling, and laser hair removal with a focus on natural looking results.
