Ms. Thomson joined Lead Capital Partners in 2024. At LCP, Ms. Thomson leads business development and marketing initiatives for the firm, including sourcing healthcare investment opportunities, managing intermediary relationships, and supporting platform and add-on origination. She also oversees branding and communications efforts to enhance LCP’s visibility in the lower middle market. Prior to joining LCP, Ms. Thomson was an Associate at Caloah Private Equity in Vancouver, where she supported portfolio management, transaction due diligence, and execution efforts. She also held roles in corporate finance at KPMG and in valuations at Deloitte. Earlier in her career, she worked in the regulatory strategy group at Barclays UK in London and in capital markets strategy at Origin Markets, a fintech startup. Ms. Thomson holds a Master of Science in Finance and Banking from Cass Business School and a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies from Western University.
