Mr. Hirschman joined Lead Capital Partners in June 2025 as an Intern, supporting the team across deal sourcing, market research, and portfolio management. In August 2025, he transitioned to a full-time role as a Business Development Analyst, where he focuses on new deal sourcing, diligence and execution, and continuing to provide portfolio management support. Mr. Hirschman brings prior healthcare experience alongside consistent leadership and involvement throughout his undergraduate tenure. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in May 2025.
